17-22 June 2012, Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry (Martinsried, Munich, Germany)

Welcome

The Summer School will provide hands-on training in computational analysis of proteomics data generated by high-resolution mass spectrometry. This powerful technology is increasingly applied to systems-wide investigation of different aspects of cell biology. The practical part will enable participants to perform sophisticated quantitative data analysis in their own future research using the publicly available MaxQuant software (Cox and Mann, Nature Biotechnology, Dec 2008).

Participants will be selected according to their submitted abstracts.

The user registration has been already closed!

Registration fee will be 450 €, additionally we charge 50 € for the optional pre-Workshops. The registration fee covers meals (lunch, dinner and coffee breaks), social event and extras. After acceptance, you will be informed by email.

Participants are responsible for covering their own travel expenses.
